    • No Personal Identifiers: Global Guard Inc. ensures that no personal identifiers, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, Social Security number, and other details that can uniquely identify an individual, are included during the AI-powered translation process.   3. Human Oversight:

Once the translation is complete, we confirm the final version with the individual before issuing the medical card. This approach provides an extra layer of validation and ensures that individuals retain full control over their personal information.  

The phrase "Human Oversight" in this context means that after AI has generated a translation, a human reviews the translation to ensure it is accurate and makes sense within the context. Specifically:

  • Accuracy and Context: A human checks the translation to make sure it accurately reflects the meaning of the original content and is appropriate for the intended context. This ensures that the AI hasn't made any mistakes or misinterpretations that could affect the final product.

  • Confirmation with the Individual: After the human review, the translated medical card is presented to the individual (the person whose medical information is on the card) for their approval. This step ensures that the individual has control over the final version of their card and can verify that everything is correct before it is issued.
