A digital card will be sent to you via email from support@globalguard.tech securely through confidential mode. You’ll receive a passcode via text message to access the document, ensuring secure delivery. Please note that the email will expire in 3 months, so be sure to save it for your records. See below for how to download the digital card from the confidential email. 

Steps to Download a Digital Card from the Confidential Email

For Mac Users:

• Receive the email: Open your email and locate the confidential message with the attachment.

• Verify your identity: Enter the passcode sent to you via SMS to access the email.

• Open the PDF document: Click on the attached PDF to open it.

• Select "File" from the top-left corner of your screen in the menu bar.

• Click on "Export as PDF" and save the document to your preferred location on your Mac.

For PC Users:

• Receive the email: Open your email and find the confidential message with the attachment.

• Verify your identity: Enter the passcode sent to you via SMS to access the email.

• Open the PDF document: Click on the attached PDF to open it.

• Select "File" from the top-left corner of the application window.

• Choose "Save as" or "Export as PDF" (depending on your application) and save the document to your computer.
