Watermark notice will not be printed on the offical product. Sized like a standard ID card, this durable, rigid, and water-resistant card is comparable to a credit card. Available in biodegradable material only.

 

The standard size for a basic ID card, also known as "credit card size," is:

 

• Length: 85.60 mm (3.370 in)
• Width: 53.98 mm (2.125 in)

 

These dimensions follow the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) under the ID-1 specification (ISO/IEC 7810).

 

Please specify if you want name, DOB, or any additional information. Modifications may be necessary depending on the amount of content.

 

You can choose your preferred languages (specify region). Default language is English. Prioritize allergies and rank languages in order of preference.

 

The card title defaults to Allergies, but you can choose Sensitivities, Intolerances, YOUR NAME, or another title. You can also request food allergies on one side and environmental allergies on the other. 

 

Biodegradable 

Composed of materials such as plant-based plastics or recycled paper, these cards are an eco-conscious choice. They decompose more quickly, helping to reduce their environmental footprint and offering a sustainable alternative.

 

Please note that profanity or illegal content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse creation of cards with inappropriate content.

Create your own caution message or select one from below and type CM#(1-11).

 

For example, if you want caution message #3 from below, you would type CM#3. The caution message "Potential cross-contamination is allowed within safety limits" will be on your card. 

 

1. Use clean gloves, utensils, surfaces, cookware, and oil.
2. No cross-contamination allowed.
