Shipping Policy

At Global Guard, we strive to ensure that each individual receives their product as ordered. To maintain transparency and uphold the integrity of our process, please carefully review our shipping policy below.

Approval Process

Before shipping, we will email you a photo of your product for final approval. For the protection of our company’s designs, the photo will include a watermark and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used for any purpose other than reviewing the product. Any unauthorized copying or use of the watermarked image will result in legal action.

Please respond promptly to confirm that the product meets your expectations. We will make three attempts to contact you for approval. If we do not receive a response after the third attempt, the product will be shipped without further approval. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this process as outlined at checkout in the privacy policy section.

Confidentiality and Security of Preview Cards and Mailing Policy

To enhance protection, we use Confidential Mode with SMS Passcode for sending digital copies of your preview card.

Steps for Confidential Mode with SMS Passcode that Global Guard takes:

Email Composition: We compose the email and attach the digital PDF or any relevant documents.
Enable Confidential Mode: We activate Confidential Mode by clicking the "lock and clock" icon at the bottom of the email window.
Set Expiration and Passcode: The email will expire in 48 hours, and we select "SMS passcode" for added security.
Enter Recipient’s Phone Number: We will use your phone number to ensure the passcode is sent to you via SMS. (Provided to us at checkout by you)
Send the Email: Global Guard automatically sends the email and a text message with the passcode to your phone. You will need this code to access the email contents.

For You, the Recipient:

Upon opening the email, you will be prompted to enter the SMS passcode.
The passcode will be sent to your phone via text message.
You have 48 hours to confirm the preview card.
If you do not confirm within 48 hours, we will make up to three attempts to contact you. If we do not receive a response, the card will be sent without your final approval. By purchasing our cards, you agree to these terms.

Mailing Process and Security

The contents of your informational card will not be visible in the photo of the envelope taken during the mailing process. However, your name and address will be displayed on the envelope for shipping purposes and will also be visible in the confirmation photo emailed to you. The information on the card itself will be securely enclosed inside the envelope and will not be visible during transit.

USPS Standard Mailing: We currently use standard USPS mailing methods, which do not include specific secure mailing options. By purchasing a card, you acknowledge and accept this method. We are continually assessing our processes and may adopt more secure mailing options in the future.
Photo Access Duration: The confidential email of the photo of the envelope will be available for 1 month after it is sent.

Digital Preview Card

Your digital preview card will be sent from support@globalguard.tech, using Google’s email platform, which employs encryption in transit (TLS) to help protect your information from unauthorized access. For more details on Google’s security practices, please review their Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Acknowledgment

By proceeding, you agree that your name and address will appear on the envelope for shipping purposes and that the card inside will be securely enclosed to protect your privacy.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your product is approved, we will:

• Take a photo of the sealed envelope addressed using the details you provided.

• Capture the image with the mailbox in the background at the time of mailing.

• Email you the photo along with a time-stamped confirmation immediately after placing the envelope in the mailbox.

At this point, the shipping process is complete on our end. The time-stamped photo serves as confirmation that the item was mailed.

No Refunds or Replacements

Once the product has been mailed and the confirmation sent to you, we consider the transaction complete. No refunds or replacements will be provided after this stage, unless you qualify for a return. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

This policy is in place to protect our company’s safety and integrity, as we have fulfilled our responsibilities in shipping the product.

Steps to Download a Digital Card PDF from Confidential Email

For Mac Users:

Receive the email: Open your email and locate the confidential message with the attachment.
Verify your identity: Enter the passcode sent to you via SMS to access the email.
Open the PDF document: Click on the attached PDF to open it.
Select "File" from the top-left corner of your screen in the menu bar.
Click on "Export as PDF" and save the document to your preferred location on your Mac.

For PC Users:

Receive the email: Open your email and find the confidential message with the attachment.
Verify your identity: Enter the passcode sent to you via SMS to access the email.
Open the PDF document: Click on the attached PDF to open it.
Select "File" from the top-left corner of the application window.
Choose "Save as" or "Export as PDF" (depending on your application) and save the document to your computer.
